dose anyone know what a 2001 SE roadglide with 20000 miles might be worth? ???its the black and grey in color. I would say that it is a seven out of ten in condition.

Anywhere from 15K to 25K depending on condition.

Don't pay any attention to the nada recommendation because you will NEVER find one that cheap.
Except maybe in a bucket!

http://www.harley-davidson.com/used_bikes/UsedBikes.jsp?locale=en_US&bmLocale=en_US   In the year blocks put 2001 in both and in the price range put $15,000 to $19,999 and a couple of SE Road Glides will show up in the list.

Keep in mind these are dealerships, so therefore they will be a little higher than getting them through a private sale, but should give you an idea as to what to look for.
