I think Roger's Banana is a good example of what a steal a quality used SEEG can be. Go back to the first couple of posts on this thread and print the list of items that the bike came with new, add to that list, all of the things we've pointed out here. Take out an H-D Parts and Accessories Catalogue and put a price beside everything. Make sure you factor in the 103 motor and trick paint. What you end up with is a 2005 Electra-Glide with about $25,000 worth of accessories and upgrades. Basically Roger paid for this stuff and got the bike free

Ok, that's a bit of twisted logic, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that a solid low mileage 04, 05, 06 Screamin Eagle 103 Electra-Glide is one of the best buys out there for a Used Harley-Davidson.
ALSO
The prices folks are paying for 00 and 01 SERGs are a really good buy with the caveat that I am skeptical of this group being happy with the 00, 01 95" locomotive motor as well as a few other things. BUT, when you stop and think of buying an 00 or 01 SERG for $12,500 -$13,000 and then investing $12k on top of that, you end up with a hell of a motorcycle for $25,000
Two different ways to spend $25,000 and have $40,000 value.

I'm jealous as hell of all of you
