Thinkin this on through.....there could be a little spark of a ray.....I'll call Roger McEwan and let him know.  Maybe he'll go ahead and make the oil temp guage for us now.

How can you put out a rumor like that and not substantiate it?

return I would have posted the same post if I weren't a moderator.  If you spend a little time on this site looking at my post you'll see that I go to great lengths to verify my stuff before I post.......the facts and nothing but the facts, sir!

Your first response was sufficient for me  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif].  Cabo was also right in what these forums are for and once something is posted it is up for discussion. I am sorry if you felt I was challenging your "integrity" but some people, myself included, tend to like a little substance to rumors and ask questions when someone makes a claim. You of all people as a MOD should respect that. As this site grows it will happen more and more often. Lets all keep it friendly here  [smiley=beerchug.gif] and keep up the healthy discussions.

OK, lets have some fun. I was at my handy dealer today and saw a nice 1995 Electra Glide Ultra Classic for sale in the showroom. What made it special ???? Well it is the 30th Anniversary edition. So I did some math, which was not easy by the way [smiley=confused5.gif], that means next year is the 40th Anniversary. Since there is talk there will be another CVO Electra Glide. What if Harley were to make the 40th Anniversary edition a CVO Ultra Classic? Wouldnt that be a hoot? Would that be an FLHTCUICSE.....or is that too many letters

I proposed what I mentioned above to some friends at my old dealership yesterday......they laughed at me.  But then there was this calm quiet as you could see they  were actually thinkng about it [smiley=confused5.gif].

What I did learn though is that there is a big HD Dealer show coming up real soon here in Orlando, either this weekend or next. After the reps attend I will beat the info out of them and post it. I am going myself to the convention center for the big boat show this weekend, if the HD thing is also going on, I will try to sneak in. 8)
