The dealers will see the new stuff at the show in Denver in late July. About two minutes after we enter the first General Session were we are shown the new models, Harleys web site will have everything posted. 06 production will start in early July and by the time the Dealers get back from Denver we will have some of the new bikes arriving.

The MoCo is very tight lipped about new stuff. Even good friends that are in a position to know what CVOs are coming, including 1 person who is a platform manager for CVO, absolutely will not say until July. They know that their jobs are on the line.

I'll take my laptop this year so I can post from the show.

Now, Now

Before ya'll get too excited remember that my camera phone takes pictures "like looking through twolanes eyes". Remember the Hillbilly Rocket Riders photo.

I'll likely be able to pass off a picture of a Buell Blast! as a CVO [smiley=7.gif]

As for your comment MrsWe, if the folks from mid-Va are your friends I would be honored to have them as mine.

Is that because of the lack of focus or the ugly guys in the picture?

Please Advise

Hey Shrader

Does that mean that there will be NO announcements about the bikes till the dealer show? [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

That is the way it has been in the past and I expect it to remain so in the future.
Heck dealers are just as "in the dark" and anxious as customers tend to get just before the show. [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif]

Now that is not to say that we don't get some information about models that are carried over, but as a rule, info on new models and CVO's is very hard to come by until the dealer show. In fact when we went to Dallas in Jan05 we had no idea that there would be 3 new models introduced. H-D is very good at keeping this stuff "in-house".
