I thought about painting mine too, but then I considered my history of changing bikes way too often.  It wouldn't make sense to paint it.  Instead of increasing the value, it would probably deflate it, so I'm sticking with the stock theme.

I recently had my SE Ultra painted and I love it.  Aside from adding more chrome, it's the best thing you can do to make your bike look great and everyone, including the H-D delaership loves it.  - Jim

That's beautiful Jim.  Now you have a one of one.  Forget what everybody says about value.  The values are falling through the floor anyhow.  Besides its your ride do what you want.  I bought mine to ride the hell out of it.  If I wanted to invest, there are better places.  To me you have the ultimate, a really custom SEUC.

ezo,

My position is well known. Paint it if you're going to keep it and put miles on it. If you're going to sell it in a year or two with low miles, you'll do better by keeping it stock.

Hey Jim! :drink:

What color did you change from? You definately have a one of a kind! Looks nice, would love to see more detailed pictures. Didn't see any posted in picture section. :nixweiss:

For me, I would never change the paint scheme on my nana. Would it be unique, you bet. I think yours is awesome, I just wouldn't do mine. I was looking for a cvo roadglide and it had a custom paint on it and I didn't want it because the extra paint. It looked nice but just took away from what I was wanting... a 2000 CVO RG. I would rather take a stock Ultra and make it my own CVO with custom paint . Just dreaming out loud here!!! :D ;D :nixweiss:

I finally went and found those pictures. That is a nice looking bike EZO. I like the Buell banner in the background. I wish I could afford to keep the Buell and the SERG, but the buell goes this spring. Sure is fun to ride though.  :(
