hehehehe.  I need to change my age group range in the poll.

In my line of work, we use the term "graybeard" to describe the really old guys with lots of experience that youngsters go to when they have a question about how to do something.

Those young whipper snappers know I don't hear so good........but I can hear them when they start talking about going to see the "graybeard," and the next thing I know, they're peeking in my cube.   :)
