I also made my bags easily removable  and  just have a acorn nut showing when the bags are removed, all i gotta do is use a 9/16 wrench and crack the 2 acorn nuts loose and they are off,,takes all but a minute

Cannibus
I noticed your pipes..
Does your home state have a max noise level?  New Hampshire has a limit of 106.  Any idea what yours are?
Thanks

Want to know what bags did you go with and what if anything did you have to do on the fender struts to use the bags. Just looking at mine you would think there would have to be some changes made or the turn signals moved to make a pair of saddlebags fit. Might want to add some latter, but want to be able to run without them when I choose.

Another option if you want larger bags is http://www.leatherworksinc.com/ great quality, heavier leather, several styles, sizes and shapes. You can attach them with ghost brackets or E-Z brackets so they will be removable.

Thanks a bunch, at least now I know there are several choices out there. Do the ghost brackets and E-Z brackets let you leave the nice fender strut and only change out the bolts or do you have to change the strut too. I have looked at their products but it doesn't give enough info on what all gets changed out.   [smiley=confused5.gif]  Sandy

I don't know about the E-Z Brackets, but the ghost brackets only put a different bolt in the strut.  The strut remains the same and stud on the bolt that takes the bracket itself is very discreet and almost unnoticable.  (I polished the slot on my wife's bike and it is very stylish)
