Agree with you Bob.  I do prefer the aftermarket part's rather than the HD part's appearance.  But while some may like them a lot to me they seem a little "Wingy."
Ya Think ;D

:)

Both are good ideas, especially if the turnsignals are more visible.  Not sure I like either for our SEEG bikes.  Would look more at home on an std Ultra to me.
I'm of the same thought.....not for the SEEG. :nixweiss:

I really like the concept.  Does anyone have any experience installing either of the two?

Linny (Texas Lurker) has the HD version on his red SEUC.  A very sharp bike by the way.  There are probably pictures of it in the Hot Springs 07 thread.

I prefer the look of the HD piece. But I'm partial to the slotted windshield chrome trim piece anyway.  ;)  This just adds the LED light modules.  The other, IMO, looks just like a cheap LED light module running across the bottom of the windshield.

I installed the H-D one.

Needs one hole drilled in the center under it for the wire to run into the fairing.

Has a wire loom that goes into the stock loom.

Also has a rubber gasket that goes behind it and up to the windsheld, gasket is not under the chrome, just from the back of the chrome to the windsheld to fill the gap.

Works well, I like it.

I've been accused of being 'wingy' before.  I like the way it looks.
