FINALLY got this thing edited...probably the nicest one yet.  It's 10 minutes, but it started as 40 minutes of tape, and it's hard to decide what to cut on a ride this great!!

This was the Friday ride at MV 07...total ride was about 250 miles, which includes some other nice roads, like The Dragon and The Hellbender.  The Cherahola is probably my favorite ride in this area, because it is at higher altitudes (3K to 5K), with some nice views.  The road is in good shape, with some nice sweepers where you can carry some real speed through the turns.  Road begins just outside Robbinsville, NC and ends in Tellico Plains, TN.  This is one of the rides we will do at MV '08, so don't miss it!!!

Probably around 30 bikes on this run, but I was leading...some floorboard scraping happened on this one... :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21:

Terry,

Another great video!  I agree, best one yet!  I am in full agreement on the Cherohala, it was my favorite as well.  There were a lot of great roads, but this one was indeed special.  Great choice of music (only to be outdone by the gentle roar of that 103!).  As for TC leading the ride....Any time!  It was a pleasure to follow you on a perfect couple of days rides!  Watching that great video sure brings it all back!  Thanks again.

While watching Kathy and I discussed no doing the Dragon next year but going on 206, I think that was the road. Something different to change it up a little for us.

So where does 206 begin and end, and is it possible to tie it in to a loop of some kind?
