What a SERG would look like in yellow.

There is a CVO yellow RG in Memphis. If I remember correctly, it was a special limited edition color. It was a shade or two darker than the banana, a little more gold in it.

I see a yellow R/G on the way to work every morning.
No SERG there but it's a nice looking bike!

What is wrong with your yellow helmet?

Candy, first problem is the shade of yellow. It is an exact match to the Yellow GW and clashes with the much more visually appealing banana. Second problem is GW'S start waving at me from a mile down the road, when they get closer they see it is a Harley and immediately drop their hand, so I find the need to flip them off.
Real reason, Kathy says I look like a 300 pound Bumble Bee with it on.

Well after I quit giggling  about the bumble bee picture in my mind,  I then started to think that is a sad state of affairs when someone would lower a proffered greeting.  MMMMM, doesn't sound right at all. 

Heck when I'm riding down the road I wave at anybody.  Two wheels, four wheels, anyone looking to smile and be friendly.  I get a whole lotta thumbs up from the ladies.  Especially the little bit older ones.  They know how hard they've had to fight for everything they have today, and they love to see the results of those efforts. I am out and riding my ride and havin' the time of my life.  I'd hate to think someone would offer a friendship and then rescind that offer.

Happened quite often when I had the yellow helmet on and when wingers just see the yellow bike and jump to the wrong conclusion. No skin off my nose, it is just jealousy on their part, he!!, I'd wear a Winger t-shirt if there was such a thing. Every time it happens, I get a chuckle. Funny thing is I rarely see it happen with anyone but wingers and occasionally a BMW toad.
