I am putting a Dave Mackie 590 set of cams in my 04 SE 103", with 103 heads reworked by Short Block Charlie (Vortec), and I was thinking of using a 50mm TB from an 08 SE 110". Will it work and what mods if any? I am assuming different exhaust flange, yes/no?

Nope, they are a totally diferent t/body. The 08 has fly by wire. Yours has cables.
Not worth the effort.

Why not just go with the 50mm SE TB instead, or better yet, an HPI 51 mm.

Another ?, would a SE 50mm TB of an 06 Nightrain fit an 04 SE Electra Glide? Has anyone have an HPI 51mm TB they would like to sell?

I do not believe it will work without some wiring changes.   The 06/07 SE Catalog with the SE Throttlebody 50mm would have worked on our 04, but there had to be some wiring changes which the dealer could have and would have done also note the injectors are different sizes if you look at the connectors.    You would be better suited to use the 49mm or 51mm throttlbody by HPinc or another choice would be to send Wes Brown at Cycle Rama your 43mm and have him bore it out and make it a 48/49mm throttlebody with a larger butterfly.

I found an 27603-01A TB and Intake in some old parts. What would Wes Brown charge to bore it out with larger butterfly valve. Trying to keep my costs down.

Thanks for the information and offer, however for now I am trying to keep my costs down. I am still trying to fugure out what to do. Am thinking of trying the boring out scenario for now.
