Assume SERT and Dyno?  That's the set up I was planning on running, bought all the parts during local sales, just need the bike (29 Feb?).

They are mounted to a V&H true dual

Also when I talk to parts about using those, they call Harley tech to find out why we couldnt use them on a CVO, They said we could as long as I had a race tuner. I had the tuner already and my service rep wanted me to come back the bike anyways so he could dyno it again since they were having problems with thier dyno

Is there any reason that these mufflers, SE Touring ( Part # 64985-07A ), won't fit on a '06 CUSE with V&H true duals?  I know that Harley says they only fit '07 and '08 models.  Do they have cats?

Check out this thread from Springer (3rd entry) looks like a problem with the current SERT.
http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=19970.0

My SE (64985-07A) slip-ons are in and was going to get them installed till I read this and the other thread, I called HD tech support they said the same it will work if SERT and dyno'd.

Will be talking to my dealer service mgr tomorrow to see what they recomend on the SERT, also understand their is a new SERT Pro coming next month.

I dont believe the SERT will really matter, onces thet put it on a dyno, they fine tune it.

cowboy, I'm in the same situation as you. Way too quiet with the OEM exhaust so I installed V&H true duals and ovals on my '07 SEUC. Finding this setup a little too loud on the highway. How would you rate the sound level of the SE touring slip-ons ? Would you say the sound level is right in the middle of the OEM mufflers vs. the Ovals, or skewed toward one side or the other? Also, how deep is the tone, etc.? Thanks for any info.

I would rate the sound in the middle while getting on it, The problem I had with the oval's was during crusing, they were to loud for me. Now the slip-ons sound good on the highway. They are louder then the stock and no where near is loud as the slip-ons.
