You can tune each cylinder invidually with the PC III USB. In the options section you can open two tables one for each cylinder. I have the PC III USB but have just purchased the RT (20% off sale made that easier). Seems like a better system to me.

www.HDmaps.com

I just ran across this for the Race Tuner Mackcr.

I will intstall the RT this week. My personal prefernece is to change the existing maps instead of overiding the existng system with the PC.

Checked out the maps at HDMAPS. For that price I will go with a good DYNO tuner.

I found another one
http://www.terrycomp.com/tv.html

This system adds an O2 sensor to the exhaust to make a closed loop system, meaning that is self adjusting in real time.  Closed loop fuel injection is the way most autos are run today. Fuel is regulated by the amount of oxygen (along with many other variables) in the exhaust and then injector pulse width and length is automatically adjusted for the optimum fuel/air ratio.

Hot Bike did an install; you can read about it here
