He is referring to the rack underneath the tourpack.

Detachable tour rack kit.
53276-04

It will fit the 04 but you have to bend the liscenes plate holder just a little.

You can have mine for $300.00.  I hated that rack and took it off as soon as my Corbin Solo arrived.  I was going to keep it but, for $300.00, I could be persuaded to part with it.

Hey Twolane,
I'm with you on the Stealth luggage rack.  I've been criticized before for bastardizing my SEEG2, but I actually liked the look of the '04 rear fender/license set up enough that I retrofitted. I removed the rack, installed a new license plate bracket bar (Ebay $25) went with a chrome "laydown" style license bracket and topped it of with a Kuryakyn Panacea taillight.  I also ordered the "V" fender emblem (used my 04 SEEG's VIN to do so since it's a protected part). Finally, I disconnected the turn signal light bar lighting that previously illuminated the license.  In the process I eliminated the black plug on the fender and gave the bike a much cleaner look (at least to me it's cleaner).  PJ

PJ, how did you order the V-fender emblem?  They wouldn't sell me another one, even w/ the VIN # unless I turned one in to return to the MOCO.  ??????   spyder [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

Does that reflector underneith the luggage rack come off easily? And if I remove the luggage rack what do I have to put in its place?

The reflector is removed by unscrewing 2 small screws, allen heads if I recall correctly.  You really don't need to put anything there in place of the lugggage rack and bracket bar.  I ran my bike like that for a month.  You could replace the rack and bracket bar with the a license plate bracket like pj57 did.  The license plate bracket bar is a standard FLH part that can't be too expensive.  Or, if money is no object see the link posted above.
