My wife has a Prius and I'm 6'4" and 270(ish), and it's surprisingly easy, at least for me, to get in an out of, and deceivingly roomy inside (it's EPA rated as a midsize).  My wife's 5'11" and loves it.  Unfortunately, she already has 120K on it and it's only 4 years old.  But she still gets 55mpg with it, and I religiously have the service done on it every 5K miles, so it still runs like the day we bought it.
