 This guy was a poser. Was on my way home from my parents saw this guy and had to stop for a picture. Terry says it is a sea chicken.

Yea, beach buzzards! I think their everywhere, we even have them out here in Colorado. We also have a bunch of white pelicans too.

Hard not to if you've ever been on the receiving end of their monstrous and hyperactive digestive system.  Used to spend 1-2 hours a day cleaning up the big boat in an uncovered slip.  You can get even though ..... an old salt friend told me to throw 'em Alka Seltzer pieces when they flew in begging and chitting.  They'll grab them, start foaming at the mouth, gain about 150 feet of altitude and come spiraling down like a chopper with no tail rotor.
