 I was thinking too fast for myself. Due to piston pairing, cyls #1-6, 2-5, 3-4 are in the same position at all times, tdc or bdc, just not the same stroke. That said the degree of separation is 120 degrees from 1 to 5. The answer has to be D as some of you have already figured out. The book is wrong and it is not the first time I've seen that in this industry. There is a separate division that writes the books from the engineers and mistakes are very common. Dave

When I told my son my, answer of 110 degrees he explained that the book stated 80 degrees, of course here comes old Dad telling him his $150 text book is wrong. Amazingly he agreed and brought it the instructor, waiting to hear.
