If not, take the bike outside and take a better picture, preferably in "bright shade" and no flash.
Camera lens "square" to the plate. Not to close physically, (wide angle tends to distort, zoom tends to flatten = better).

This replaces the onewith the number series.  Hadn't thought to mention that and I don't have the SEUC one applied for yet.
