Fort Desota Park St.Petersburg FLorida

Dave and I went for a ride today it was very nice in the 7o's and we stoped and watched people Kite Surfing this is not the actual pic I did not have my camera but it sure looked like this. There was so many of them it was really cool to watch. It was very nice day for a ride.

That is a GREAT park!!!
I attended a business meeting that they held in one of the canopies there last year about this time ( i think that was when i hooked up with you guys)

Man , that brings back memories. I haven't driven a bike through there since 1998. Can't wait till spring.

Duane she always has a tuff time deciding,but since it was a short ride she went with her VROD.  ;D Rode along the beach all the way domn there. Stoped and bought some wings and had a picnic on the beach. When Helens happy I'm happy.  :huepfenjump3:

I rode the V-Rod it was nice but need to get Dave to buy a wind Shield if it is windy enough for kite surfing going across the Bayside bridge feels a little like I was flying not that bad but I guess I am a little spoiled from the fat boy.

If Dave continues to resist your requests for a windshield, next time your up or I am down there I can help you find a windshield if you so desire.   As you know I love to help with shopping, just ask Jorge!  :huepfenlol2:   

Just here to help Dave I know how busy he is polishing 4 bikes now :)

When I was a teenager my family use to take the camper and stay at the campground at Fort Desota park while visiting relatives in Tampa/St. Pete, nice place, caught some nice fish there.
