Good to have you sandy.

Maybe the Fat Boy threads will get more populated now.

Thanks REO. It does look a little slack here. Hopefully after a few more rides I'll have a good ride report to add here. Right now I'm at 600+ miles and loving ever single one of them. Have to finish some work on a 70 Chevelle we're restoring this weekend and a company party, so we want get to ride much if any. Maybe next weekend we'll get out and add a lot more miles on them and report back then.  [smiley=laugh.gif] Sandy

Right now mine is pretty much factory except for the SE II exhaust I added. But will be adding some nice chrome 6 spoke wheels very soon. Keeping the stock seat, it's makes the bike look too good to be taking it off. My husband added the Reinhart Ture Duals to his and the Detnator Wheels. I'll get some pictures in here soon. ;) Sandy

Yep, that's right! I do miss that bike and those BIG saddlebags. But this SE Fat Boy does fit me better and I do have the use of some of my husband's storage space.  [smiley=7.gif] I still drop in on the RKR's forum often, have a lot of good friends there and will be meeting a couple of them in Myrtle Beach latter this month. Great to be here too.  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]  Sandy

Sorry I never got around to answering your post here. Since you posted this note I have had PC problems, been out of town a couple of times and been very busy helping my daughter with her new home, moving and all and my daughter in law with her third baby. Haven't been on the forums much at all.

Anyway, no we don't make many of the races. Have once or twice when they have been at Road Atlanta, only 5 miles from my home, and a couple of times to the Atlanta Dragway down in Commerce, GA.  Other than that, we don't usually go to them.

Have done quite a bit of riding with the new bikes though, but not as much as I would like. Business is growing and taking up a lot of our time. Hope this winter and next year will bring many more S-Miles.  [smiley=cherry.gif]  Sandy

Hey Mrs.Redhot,

Did you go with the barebacks? That was what we were talking about when you visited us last. Glad to hear business is going well, that means you can buy more goodies for your bike! [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Well the business is growing but could be doing much better. These gas prices have cut the sales on our most popular vehicles as well as sales in general. However we are trying to purchase another franchise to add to the collection. Should know something in a few more weeks.

I haven't added the bags just yet. Leaning more towards the bare backs than the others though. They look nicer and leave the bike cleaner looking when the bags are off, plus the bags fit closer to the bikes fender making it look nicer too. I have a Corbin Gunfighter seat on the way, but will still have a gel insert added to the chrome seat and use it for daily rides and such. We did a 5 1/2 hour ride last weekend that left my tail bone hurting for a couple of days. Have to have something better than that for louger rides. I also have a nice set of saddlebags comming, so when I get it all on I'll have to attach another pic. :) Sandy
