Folks up here have a pretty good time with me. I get alot of "what did you say?" I rotate my boots between a pair of Justin Work Boots and a pair of Red Wings. That amazes them. They keep steering me to the Lehigh store...........whatever that is. No thanks, kindly. I'm pretty set in my ways. I think I'm pretty even keeled with them when it comes to HD stuff though. They don't say much about my HD shirts. Can't find a Waffle House. That sucks. I'm working third shift. I think the locals roll up the streets around here at 10pm. There's only one "Diner" I know of that's open after 10pm. They do have alot of diners up here. They're OK. At least they have bacon and eggs, but don't go lookin' for biscuits & gravy, grits, sweet tea, and a tomato sandwich. Not sure if I've mentioned the reaction I got when I asked for a glass of sweet tea. I'll leave that to your imagination. I think these folks prefer hard rolls or Portugese rolls to biscuits. They're OK, but after a few days, I start gettin' a hankerin' for a plate full of Renea's biscuits and tomato gravy with some smoked sausage and bacon. Oh........they do have hot sauce. Whew. OK, I can breath now. Tryin' to find a can of Copenhagen up here that's younger than a month old is harder than Chinese arithmetic. Last time up here I found a can, and was so happy for that that I didn't look at the date. Zipped it open, and without lookin' I started to load up. Couldn't grab it. It was like pencil shavings. 6 months old. I really need to quit that stuff anyway. Bad habit, but it is a TUFF road to hoe when trying to shed.......for me and everyone around me.

Oh......I found some grits up here last time. That's when I figgered I'd probably maintain what little sanity I have. Heck, I found oatmeal too. We could import the other necessary stuff and take over. HUGE deer up here, but.................it is just TOO DAMN COLD!
Ya'll be good. I gotta go to work.
