Just got off the phone with Jenni, following up on an order. have been dealing with her for the past 3 - 4 years and different dealerships and always great service and great prices.

Still dealing with Charlies HD, they've been great.

They forgot to send the current HD promotion "Travel pack" on my last order, so they are sending it free with other "OCD" items I've added due to other threads on this forum.

hey..i just received a VERY expensive box from them today....  no stinkin free nuttin...
but it still had Jennis name on it too! lol

I placed an order with Jenni last night. Once again she was very helpful knowing the part number off the top of her head! She asked that I please tell everyone that she is now at TriCounty and to keep the orders coming. I told her I'd pass along a post!

I went by to see her again yesterday before I fly home to Atlanta.
I picked up some parts she ordered for me when I was there buying the extended warranty.  She knows her stuff for sure!  :cherry:
