What - no huntin, shootin or fishin !!!

A man has to have other main hobbies as well as his main hobby.

 :2vrolijk_21:

Does cigar smoking, drinking, golf and carousing in certain adult entertainment establishments count as a hobby?
How about gambling?  I am good at those.

I'll shoot stuff now and then but it ain't huntin by any means and fishin is, well a combo of the smokin and drinkin sports genre, like bowling darts and pool., ain't it?

Keep the receipts for most things on the bike, and also keep a spreadsheet, which probably needs to be updated.  Just for insurance purposes though...it all gets stuffed in a folder with the installation instructions (most of the time).

It's not hard to keep up with my cost on the bike though, since, like Ken, I only spent $750.00..... ::) ;D :drink:

I have all receipts.  In fact, I probably still have most boxes that the add-on stuff came in with the take-off stuff stored in them.
I have never totaled all the receipts.....not sure that would be a good idea.  A total figure might make me (and others) wonder about my sanity.

Have thought about doing the spread sheet computer thing, but always seem to have better things to do ;D

Receipts are kept in a binder.  Keep that binder tucked away.  Thump is a keeper.  Don't want to go through the heartache of losing her.  Heck I'm still hurtin' from the Blue Ultra.  I don't think I'll ever tally expenditures.

So you're saying it's similar to a 12-step program for chrome addiction? :nixweiss:

Oh yea, forgot to add I've kept all the receipts for additions (parts), and service. I was just thinking the other day that I should scan them to PDF files just to have electronic copies in a fire safe vault.

Guess that's why I have an external hard drive. :huepfenlol2:

I over heard my wife complaining to one of her friends about my latest purchase (the Ultra CVO)

and that I was crazy spending $20,000.00 on a motorcycle.........I thought better than try to correct her

That's how it started with mine too.  I didn't get the receipt off my desk fast enough before she saw it.  That was a tough one for a day or so.....

I think we can all sing that tune.    :)

I think what's better since we are spending extra on a CVO, it won't need anything else.

True dat!

I just ask mine to pick which one I was getting.  We weren't leaving til she picked one out, since then I just go get my own.

Keep receipts & no need to total.  Like Ken & Terry - they all total $750.

Actually it's $749.99 rounded up.
