To Ride Or Not To Ride That Is The Question

I'm going to Daytona from just E. of St. Louis I'd like to ride the Bagger the wife would like to hall the Heritage, is there any one else ride from this area? The forcast in 50 to  60 percent chance for rain I'd be leaving about noon on Friday and planing on making Chattanooga Friday and the rest on Saturday.

Definately ride.  I would never let a few drops from the sky stop me from having the fun you are going to have in Daytona.  Got a bike ==== you have to have some rain gear, and the bikes wash.  Have a blast.

Are any of you riding down, and if so from where? I road in 2001 in sleet and rain all the way down, and 30's and 40's on the way back.

That would suck big time.  I'd be miserable no matter how much I like riding.  My vote is for trailering now....

Never miserable on the site but everytime I see more of that white crap hitting the ground it makes me want to hook up the trailer & pull  the bike to warmer climates. I did that 2 years ago on a whim the 1st week of April & I was recharged until the good weather up hear in Canada came.Can't wait. Not much longer now.. :2vrolijk_21: ;D

Looks like the trailer, the wife played that wild card she has between here legs :P. Should be leaving any time as soon as she gets off work around 2:00, so warn weather here I come. Sorry Muffman didn't mean to rub it in :-* hope you get warm soon. I now what cold in I was born in Glasgow MT.

Unless you have terrible night vision, or you do not plan to ride at night.............RIDE!!!!  The only time I trailer is if riding will force me to ride alone at night.  Rain crud washes off.  RIDE!!!!
