Smiley...being as the head gasket is a new design, there is no way I would have one cylinder with one type of gasket and the other cylinder with the other kind...tell you dealer to get his head out of his butt...call the tech line and demand that they both be changed with the same gasket material

Exactly.  The thickness is different I believe which affects compression.  You have your best leverage while still under the normal two year warranty before the extended starts.  Call tech support and explain what you exspect and what you deserve and what would they want done if it was their bike.  Imagine half of a two cylinder motor with zero miles and half with 10K miles, does that make sense?

Well pulled the bike from the dealer it was at.  I called the dealer I purchased the bike from talked to there service department they were vary informative about everything with the 110.  I have appt there on the 29th.
Tried to call cust support today but they were closed because of holiday.
