Trailers?  TRAILERS??  A two bike trailer?

Nope, nada, nyet, not going to happen.  My little Excalibur trailer is just fine.  The goal, after all, is that once the bike got home it doesn't see the inside of the trailer again anyway.

A 4 bike trailer....You'll need the room for the brandywine serk and red switchblade to make the red se set.

That would be the perfect red set.  My all time favorite paint sets all setting together.  I am relatively confident even I'm not warped enough to go buying all four of them though ??? .

No chit.  See the Barnett clutch thread to prove that (or the Zippers thread from last year [or..... well, that's enough examples]).  :huepfenlol2: :drink: :huepfenlol2:

Oh great.  Quoting Vladimir Lenin for my motorcycle experience.  Quantity has a quality all it's own.  Well.....  I am certain there was more than one instance last night of my rather loudly saying "Bolshevik" (or some pair of words very close to that) while looking at the guts of the primary.

Dammit Chip.  When you don't screw up all that often a guy wants to make those that do happen Royal and Large.  It's all about the quality of the experience after all.

Having said that..........

Since this is the SERG thread bringing the SERG home was not a mistake.  This bike had to be liberated from it's former home and brought here where it could be properly appreciated.

Couple weeks back when the MegaMillions Lottery was at $270,000,000  one of the things I was daydreaming about was collecting every CVO bike made in every color.

I'm shooting for every silver and black Screaming Eagle.
I'm practicing with the 03's.
Got sidetracked after Hobo's and Scooters made such an impression.
May have to go for a blue SEVROD.
But then again I'm kinda partial to the new KLR's.

Actually, it's Aluminum
but then again, that's why Neal added spell check awhile back

Yeah I know how to spell it, was just having some fun.

My Google spell checker gets a workout on this site and every other site I go on.

Congrats Done! That was my favorite SERG, until the 2009's at least!!  :2vrolijk_21:

If you need the supplemental service manual for it, let me know. I still have mine for some reason. I'll look through my 'spares' bin and see what I have left over from those days and shoot you a list. Definitely get the tensioners checked out bro!

Thanks Joe.  If I knew you'd had one too I have forgotten.  Sorry about that.

I have loved the look of this bike for a long long time.  The SERG was actually the first CVO bike that ever got my attention.  Though it was until the red SEEG that I finally had one.  In fact when I saw the SERGs back at the turn of the century I'm sure I didn't know what the CVO bikes were.  Likely just thought it was another custom paint scheme or something.  But I loved them then.

Never found one for sale then.  Was in the market that year too.  Ended up getting a Road King that I turned in to something else I just loved and knew I would never find anything I liked better right up until the day I saw the red SEEGs.

Finding this one so complete and so close to home and for only $12.5 was just too much to pass up.  Lust after one this long and finally get a chance to consummate you just have to go for it.
