Had my Duracell done a few weeks ago, outside temp was 82F.

SERT, Stage 1 AC, and HD SE 4inch Slip ons (64985-07A)

Results:

HP 87.5

TQ 105.5

AFR 17.5

I was a little disappointed too. Probably the next step is a more aggressive cam.

Slip ons sound good not to loud on take off and nice at idle.

A little sluggish on take off, if revs are too low.

I do not know a lot about these motors, but the A/R being over 17 is running real lean and might do some damage if not monitored,

see what the rest of the guys think but 17 is high         17 parts air to 1 part fuel

Just rechecked the graph, it was Max AFR 17.5

Dropped to 13.5 as RPM went up

2007 110" Springer with Zippers air cleaner and baffles I made out of alum, {copy cycle-shack}  stock 255 cam= 90 hp. and 110 tq. SAE on a 4 year old 250 I dyno ,5th gear. Put in the Andrews 32 H cams = 100 hp. and 110 tq. these #s are with NO TUNE,STOCK. Put on a set of RUSH slip-ons  2 1/4" baffles ,same power ,BUT, lost 8-11 tq. at 2000 - 3500 rpm. Put the 'home  made' baffles back in and a TFI , runs great. Will dyno again soon ,but seat of pants says MORE power. Been riding H-D since 60s. I like this TFI , since this is my first EFI bike. That 32 cam really 'cooled' the motor down. Had to shut one of the big fans off on the dyno just to get the heads to 200 degrees ,otherwise 170-190 degrees, and thats running lean. It is a 'bolt-in'  cam and I used stock push-rods. Pulls like stock in low rpm ,but keeps pulling HARD to 5500 redline, before with the 255s ,it would die around 4500 rpm

gremulish,

Wold the Andrews 54 Cams "Dougnut Cam" benefit any of the 103", 110" engines? Also, has their been enough of them built, dynod and running to establish a benchmark?

The Bike runs real good.....heat has gone down   and it pulls hard at 2000 rpm straight up tp 5500

real nice sound for an Ultra (deep rumble) can still hear the radio as long as it is not opened up

I do not have that loud crack/bark that the Rineharts have

The rush slip ons are good for an Ultra if using the cb and radio is important (why else have the Ultra)

The throttle response is sharper with less delay.....My Road King with an EVO could not keep up with this bike

now I only have 550 miles yet so it will get better as the rings seat

54 for a 103" and 32 for a 110" . Had 2 people put the 32s in the 110s lately and called me and were VERY happy. One guy said it 'cooled' his motor down 25 degrees ,oil temp. dresser. I know the 32s cooled MY motor down at least 25 degrees ,maybe more. Same tq. as the 255 , BUT ,more top end , will pull to the rev limiter. Problem with the 103s is the heads, put on a set of 2006 - up heads with a 1.900 intake valves {Kibblewhites} and stock size ex. valve and BINGO,less heat ,more power.  Its called  SQUISH !  Dewey    8)

Dewey,

Reason I asked on my 103"  had these heads and previous heads done by SBC, yes Charlie and he has always done a great job. On my Bike with SBC Vortec build I have the Dave Mackie 590 cams, yet to dyno, going to tune with the HD SERT, which I have good results with using an excellent tuner. I putting some miles on it. only other changes SE Air Cleaner backing plate and Zippers Air Filter, Baker OD 6 speed, was running the Hooker Header Tuned true Dual System. Rode bike from Phoenix to Palm Springs and back, bike ran strong. Only other change will be changing the exhaust, going with a V&H Pro Pipe Header mated to a WB E Series Muffler. bike is an 04 SEEG.

Good to see you are posting here.
