I had that!  (the single, not the head to head).  it was so lame, even by 80's standards.  I had an Atari console at home.  That was better.

d00d,

My brother and I had one. It had small football shaped packed cotton you stuck under one of the figures arms and then turned the power on. There was also a strange catapult thing for forward passing, very difficult to use as little kids.

I am surprised they still exist.

Our rule was if it touched the intended receiver anywhere then we'd stop the game and place the ball under his arm and restart. There was know way in the world a pass could actually be caught. :nixweiss:
