TODAY'S UPDATE:

WooHoo! Great news! Just heard from Vern! I'm next at bat. We'll settle with Feuling tomorrow. My motor will get the rest of the parts ordered. It'll get built when everything's in. My fork legs are back now, he can change my neck bearings, and put the front end back together. Then he can do the swingarm bearings and pivot shaft. Should be done by the end of January at this point!!!

Oh man CB! I gotta make one of them West Coast GTG's! Alas again, not to be in '09 either. But I'd like to put the time aside for a '10 WC CVOH GTG somewhere around the time of Sturgis and take 3 weeks to do both. What do ya say gang. Ya wanna start planning '10 now?

Pacific Northwest Tour July 14-17 2009‏ It's not till July so you should be able to pan handle enough pennies to be able to put gas in one of the bikes from the stable. I think already about 48 rooms and I think 84 people. You could follow me Back to Kelowna for a week then head down to Sturgis. Check out Kelowna 80 mile lake lots of beaches ski hill and incredible roads for a scooter. It's a resort town of about 100,000 usually the warmest place in Canada.

Thanks man! Very much appreciated! Unfortunately, with the new job, I can't get the 3 week's I'll need this summer. But setup another for next summer ('10), and your plan sounds like a real winner!!!

TODAY'S UPDATE:

Well, it prolly looks like it's regressing, but it's actually progress!

The fron't end's coming of next. As I suspected, those neck bearings are wiped out! The'll be getting replaced next, befor the legs go back on. I seemed to have settled things with Feuling. Great people to deal with and they are standing behind their product. I'm not at liberty to discuss the settlement, but suffice it to say that they're helping on the labor besides replacing the parts and buying me my new 625G cams too! I'm happy with what they're doing for me. Wish all vendors were this cooperative!

Those pictures look awful familiar.  Not much longer now and Cybil will be back on the road.
Funny how they still look GREAT even when they're spread out all over the shop.

Albeit very minor, I forgot about these. While the front end's apart, time to perf up the fork look a lil. So time for a set of the HD Flamed Upper Fork Slider Covers, P/N 46165-03. WTH, might as well check them out. It should go with Cybil's Flame theme nicely.

Albeit very minor, I forgot about these. While the front end's apart, time to perf up the fork look a lil. So time for a set of the HD Flamed Upper Fork Slider Covers, P/N 46165-03. WTH, might as well check them out. It should go with Cybil's Flame theme nicely.

Now THOSE, are SHARP lookin' beer cans, Howie!  Nice choice.  They go quite nicely with Cybil's theme.

Well, the '85 FXWG project is finished and she's up and running now too! So for those who are keeping score (youze know who you are) that's 3 out of 4 right now. By spring, it wil be 4 outta 4 for sure!!! So what's the damn rush to get em all runnin? It's a freakin frozen tundra out there! As long as I get em right, I'm not too good at timekeeping!!!

Those are nice pieces Howie.  Got a set here for quite awhile now that will eventually go on the Road Glide.  Not til the spare set of forks go off to Traxxion though.  Pretty sure I'm going to get those flamed cowbells , the legs and a spare set of caliper cores powder coated a dark red to go with the midnight red in the fairing too.  Red, the new black .
