...Gotta pick up a corned beef, cabbage, carrots, baby red potatoes to cook up and a great mustard to go with.  That makes for quite a few days of left overs.  One night just warmed back up, then onto bubble & squeak, reuben and corned beef sandwiches, corned beef hash, corned beef and potato salad ......   Au yes, after all this, I don't want to see corned beef again for at least six months.  Won't stop me from buying the biggest one I can find.

True, true!!! Went to a cousin's weddings in Shannon, IR ....it was really a blast. Of course I could consume quite a lot more back in those days
