Hi Folks
I got my FXDSE2 March 5, 2008, trading in my cherry 1985 FXR.  What a beautiful bike and a joy to ride.  Victoria has a kinder climate than most of Canada and so we can ride all year (with electric vest).  The weather has been spotty rain-wise, but there's been enough good weather to have two or three fun rides on the island.  My other bike is a BMW K1200RS which usually gets more of my attention.  She's got her 'nose' out of joint just now 'cause only Shaylee is the recipient of a lot of fuss.  (They are both head-turners).
My wife rides as well (Honda Shadow) and we're trying to get her onto a Harley.  We're planning a trip to Colorado this August with friends on a Road Glide.  Any tips on great roads and sights to between British Columbia and Colorado would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the site Stewart.  There are quite a few CVO riders on the island and in particular, Victoria...many of whom are heading to Sedona AZ this May for the GTG.  Hope to see you on the road or at the shop and we'll talk about your trip to Colorado.
