Road King Handlebar Change Instructions?
« on: March 25, 2008, 06:40:09 PM »

I don't have a manual (yet) for my 2003 Road King Classic and will be changing the handlebars out. Can someone who has a 2003 RK manual scan the applicable pages and email them to me? Thanks!!

I need to pull off the stock bars and replace them with Wide Glide bars. I'm looking for manual instructions on how to get the old bars off and the new ones on. I did it once on my 99 RK but that was 9 years ago and I'm over 50 and... well you know the rest.  ;D

Got it and I am no help you want a shop manual and I was talking about an owners manual- good luck and the 50 thing is irrelevant. The big difference as I understand it is the '03 has internal wiring.
