OK, I got a hair up my ass to polish the bike. It's clean, it's warm enough, and it's gonna rain. So I figure I might as well get it done now.
Question. I have Glare Spider and Glare Micro-Finish. Do I need to use both? The bike has been polished in the past only by dealer or private detail places. Not the best jobs done there. And you know I'm not to motivated to do this very often. What's the best thing I can do to it with these (or any additional) products?
I wanna be free to RIDE, not polish, my machine....!

TIA gang! OK Let me have it!

Hoist!
Howie, Spyder's right on with the application technique, however, you didn't mention having the Professional Polish.

You want to use that as the second (final) coat that Spyder talks about. As far as the differences between MF and Spider, MF is a little more aggressive than Spider, but not much. If the paint is looking the least bit scratchy, you may actually want to use MF first, then Spider, then Prof. Polish. I flip-flop between using MF and Spider, just depending what mood I'm in . . . . both give good results. Ken's right, though, in that the longer you leave each coat on, the better the results. And each application will improve the look, too. I've done the SERG about 5, maybe 6, times now and each time it comes out looking better and better. It's absolutely ridiculous how that stuff revives neglected paint!
