Photos of Jonga's Street Glide..........
« on: March 29, 2008, 08:33:35 PM »

Jon rode up today to show me the new paint job on his Street Glide.  Silular to the nicest paint scheme that's ever came out of the MoCo......the SEEG paint scheme with a few subtle differences.  The orange has a bit of very fine metallic in it and I believe pearl, too.  He'll be along here shortly to tell you all the differences but I did tell him I'd get these posted for him.

Jon lookin proud of it all.......

A view from the front and a hint at one of the difference from the SEEG paint scheme.....

And one from the rear.  Now You'll see that Jon takes great care to keep his paper plate looking new.  I said something to him about still having it on his bike......he assured me that his real licenese plate does have three annual registration stickers on it, sitting up on a shelf in his garage.....looking as new as it did the day he got it (probably still in the original envelope, too) :huepfenlol2:  But as he pointed out......at least the paper plate is color matched. :2vrolijk_21:

Well, he's got the 103" motor in it but I'm thinkin he's probably got as much or more money in it than ours, too. :2vrolijk_21:

It really does look pretty good up close and going down the road.

Gary.....why am I not surprised that you were the first to notice the differences.  I think the way Jon did his front fender is how HD should have done them.

The same way several other members of this site has done......they're from Cali too.  Hell I couldn't even get away with running around with no front plate on the new BMW for a couple of months. :nixweiss:

The fender is almost identical the way the orange is on top and black is on sides and rear. The rest of the colors B/O are reverse of my bike.

Looks great Jon.  Very very nice.  If it was just in red it'd be the perfect Street Glide :2vrolijk_21: :drink: .
