But he is right...profit margin is the number...Look at insurance...way over 20%...oil not so much.
It is simple supply and demand but now Chindia is in the game and we are screwed without domestic production...

Diesel was $4.30 this morning when I went to work. It was $4.60 this afternoon.

Chief I am right with you on that diesal!! That is what has really sucked with my bike in the shop and me having to drive my F-350. I think that was part of my maddness this past Sunday buying an 06 Springer Softail tricked out to look like a 1942 Panhead. I had to have something to ride and it is pretty classy. It is just missing the suicide shifter. One of these days I will have to learn how to upload pictures. 8) 8) 8) 8)

This thread - How-To add an attachment may help. If you have trouble attaching the picture following those directions normally it means the file size is to large and you need to reduce the size of the picture.

Diesel prices are absolutely rediculous!!  I had to fill up twice coming during our trip down to Pigeon Forge.  Average price was $4.269...while driving up in the Smokies yesterday, it was $4.439....I can only imagine what it's going to be on the ride home Sunday.  :(
