Where you at in Michigan?  It is $1.65 here in Muskegon.  West side of the state.

We've seen prices in the $1.2? in our area, but in OH last weekend it seemed to be ranging in the $1.5? range.

Prices rising up in the Sacto area, from a low of $1.45 before Xmas to $1.85 today.

I wonder if this was not some sort of plan to lower the gas prices so that everyone would get out an vote.  Then they decided to keep it around the same price for the Christmas season so that people would buy more goods with their now extra money. Now I wonder if it is going to go right back up to where it was before.

Yep, I have the Dodge Cummins version with 4WD and I ain't giving it up.  Diesel is down to $1.99 here.  I actually filled the truck up last Friday for $60... much better than $130 back in August.

Just saying.... I wouldn't buy a gas-hog if you don't really need one.  The first time a hurricane hits the gulf or a refinery explodes, the oil companies will have reason to jack fuel prices again.

Wow diesel here is $2.65 ish.  I think you are right and they agreed to cut back on production of oil too.  I am happy with the break in the prices but sure with it would stay around $1.50.  I think our economy would be better off.  We are an oil driven nation and if we can't keep the prices around $1.50 I think it will take longer to pull out of this hard time.

  Regular gas down to 1.30 in southern Jersey.  I too refuse to give up my gas hog trucks.  I Need more power.

  Thats why I spend every available minute in the saddle of one of my scoots.  40 vs 9 MPG is a no brainer.  All my estimating, meetings or light pickups were done with the bikes. 

  Even though my Landscape company was spending 2K weekly in fuel alone.  My personal savings in fuel consumption from the truck to the bike netted me my SEFB.

  Or so I told the Mrs.... That's my story and I'm sticking with it...........

Gas just jumped up from $1.65 to $1.89  Come on It's a holiday.  I thought the prices went up when they were trading not on Holidays and the weekends.  This is such a joke!
