Twolane George did show up, but the install went very smoothly. I like it. It will just take a little time to get use to. I still need to activate my XM. Was wondering where did you mount your XM antenna?

I didn't even do XM this time Mike.  With MP3 use more and more and non music chat (advertising) on XM greater and greater I wasn't using it much anyway.  So no XM on the bike now.  If I find I just have to have it will enable it on the Garmin box and use it portably.

Then you'll have to deal with that unsightly/bulky receiver/antenna, Don.  I lost my 'portably' when I moved it under the fairing.    aaaargh.  spyder

Spyder, I'm actually fine without the XM.  Got two CDs loaded with MP3s for however many songs that would be.  Plus another septzillion and a half loaded in to the memory space on the Garmin.  And I don't even like to play the radio all the time going down the road anyway.  The sounds of the bike thrumming down the road is relaxing.  Radio only comes on if I get bored.

Yes they are.  And it was good.  Did the Root Beer Float option too.  The Steak N Shake here in town was too busy though.  At least half the seats were full.  So just had to ride to one of them in Springfield about an hour up the highway.  There about half the seats were empty.  That was much better.  Chilly ride.  But worth it.  Got bugs to get off tomorrow though.

Must have been a nice day, for an optimist or was a better day for a pessimist?
