Ever wonder how to say thank you when you see a military person in uniform?  See a simple way to do it from across a room or as you are passing by. Just don't for get to say Thank You to all our brave men and women preserving and protecting our freedom! :2vrolijk_21:

You all have my gratitude! Thanks!!! :drink:

Hoist,

Thanks for the thread.
And I thank all of our Service Men for their putting their lives in harm's way for Our Country and Our Freedom.
Without you, we would be in trouble.  Thank you

Thanks EH thats a great reminder. My wife and I do what we can which is never enough in my view. As an example we enjoy to pay the tab (anonymously) when we see military personell eating at our local eatery. Just a little bit goes a long way  :2vrolijk_21:

Yep, seen this one and it's still touching. Certainly not the sort of sign we got when returning from Vietnam.  :nixweiss:

Personally, I prefer to just say 'thank you' and skip the sign. Bought a (very) young Marine a beer at the airport one
time, he was not of legal age and was on his way back to Iraq for a second tour.

He teared up and gave me a hug. Awesome.  :2vrolijk_21:

Thanks to all those continuing to serve!!

I'm with Joe on this. It's a nice gesture but I'll bet many who serve don't have a clue what it means. A thank you and a handshake really get the point across. A thumbs up is good as well and every last one understands a salute. I have the privilege to work side by side with our warriors every day. Forget politics... these people do a great job and we're lucky to have them out there between us and the bad guys.  :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21: :2vrolijk_21:
