Anyone know the size of the o-ring that is used on the drain plugs on the twin cam (and where to find them other than dealer)?  TIA for info.

Don't know the size right off hand, but I get mine from a little independent shop just a few miles from my office.  I usually buy about 10 at a time, so I always have them on hand when I change oil and/or trans fluid.

Friend of mine told me they are 2 x 11 - 2mm thick by 11mm id.  Can anyone confirm?  Where to buy?

Take one with you to an Ace Hardware and size. They have a slide out drawer with about 20 size choices and thicker a better quality then the HD version. One should last you several oil changes.
