I still don't see any filter for SE stage I A/C for 08 CVO.  Just bought a H-0800 last week and after took it out of the plastic, I saw the bolt pattern is different.  I'll sell it for $35 shipped if interested (send PM).
And just to add salt to the cut,  I noticed that the A/C cover is crushing my current filter which explains why HD recommends using A/C cover 29121-07 but the stealer said I don't need it 
I think he didn't have in stock and just wanted to sell the stage I kit anyway.

Is there a differance between te 07's and 08's? Or did they just need to update their info?

As I understand it, when HD changed the throttle body in '08, the bolt pattern for the air filter was also changed.
