Just picked up my bike, motor is running great and now concentrating on breaking the motor in right (again) :2vrolijk_21:

During reassembly, I found the broken exhaust valve stuck in the Y section of my 2:1 exhaust pipe.  Normal exhaust valve and keeper on the left, my broken exhaust valve and failed keeper on the right.  It is obvious to me that the keeper did not fail instantly, it was working for awhile as evidenced by the wear marks on the O.D. of the keeper and the bottom portion of the groove in the exhaust valve.  Not sure if it is clear in the photo.  There was movement here and then it finally let go.  In retrospect, there was something about the way my motor was running that day that bothered me.  Now I know... :'(
