Ordered a black 08 FXSTSSE and waiting to pick it up.  I've been reading for a while about all the problems people have been having and can say I'm more than a little worried.  Although not enough to change my mind of course.   
Curious as to whan pipes you all recommend for max torque. 
Appreciate any help.

Seems to be a consensus on this forum from the hundreds of posts I've read on the topic that a 2 into 1 system offers the highest torque.  As a bagger owner, I don't know what your options are however.  I've got D&D 2 into 1 with quiet performance baffle at the top of my short list right now.  I'm looking forward to seeing, hearing, and speaking with some  more owners at some CVO events soon.  I'm in no hurry to switch out my Screamin' Eagle Pro Performance II slip-ons.

Welcome and nice choice in scooters....I have 2-1 Rinehatrs on 2 of my bike and like them fine.
I think the D&D is better looking though...Its a personal thing with appearance but performance is very similar beteween most headers...2-1 will allow for more exhaust gas to be scavenged and leads to a slightly cooler outflow.

Thats my story and I am sticking with it!

Thanks guys, I had VH big radius on my Fatboy.   They looked good but that was about it.
