I'm confused!
Nowhere can I find that shipping is free!
The antenna shows 7.95 shipping cost.
I ordered one.
The order shows 7.95 shipping cost.

So maybe they have corrected the situation.
But on my order it clearly states that shipping on that product is 7.95

So I guess the assumption is that they are selling a 10.95 part and are shipping it 2000 miles for  free?,?,?

I have always been told that if it seems to good to be true then it probably is.

Complaining about that seems like a waste of precious riding time to me!

You are right it does say in "fine print" under picture that there is a S&H charge. Also I wasn't complaining more so then I was making others aware of this "snafu", on the invoice. I have made numerous purchases on the internet and this is the first time a S&H charge has not been added to online invoice when paying for it. I guess in my urgency to order the antenna I didn't pay close enough attention to the fine print, and to be frank about it I assumed that any S&H charges would show up on invoice as they usually do.

Trust me I didn't waste in precious riding time too complaining. I called and questioned them about this as I was taking off old antenna, and putting rubber antenna on. I told them I can understand and appreciate a S&H charge, but would appreciate it, if it had been stated on the online invoice. As I stated I'm pleased with product, just thought I would make others aware of this snafu so they wouldn't be shocked like I was. JMHO [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

I personally do think it's a bad business practice to show on an invoice that there is $0.00 S&H charge then when product is recieved there is a charge for S&H. Again, JMHO  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Well I agree with both!

But when I placed an order today it showed a charge for shipping.

Yesterday or the past must be flhtcse 2004's story.

They must have corrected the error.

Must be a good company to listen to their customer and make immediate change!
Especially when he's right and they are wrong.

They sure do. The SEEG's sold like hot cakes so they decided to capitalize and pretty much do the same thing with the Ultra. They listen, but only to benefit themselves.

Absolutely!  They listen every time the cash register rings.  Once it stops ringing, maybe they'll actually listen to what we have to say.
