I got a "Wedded Bliss" story, and a true one.
About five years ago we were in Hawaii (Honeymoon Capitol) and went to a Luau. The Master of Ceremony panned the audience for couples on their Honeymoon. He found about 12 couples, and brought them on stage. Then he panned the audience for the couple that had been married the longest, and came across a man and wife of over 60 years! He rushed to their table with the micraphone and asked the wife if she had any advice for the wives on stage. The woman said that the new qives should honor and respect their husbands, value the marriage, work together, have common goals, allow their husband their own space and time, and all that kind of stuff. Then he posed the same question to the husband who was standing right next to his wife of 60 years. His response,....... "Huh,...whad ya say? Whatever my wife said is fine"!!!!! He couldn't hear a thing, he was DEAF! That may well be the secret to a happy marriage. So I say, ride with LOUD exhaust, damage your hearing, and improve your marriage!
