E-Bay and PayPal are the ones who need the negative feedback. You post it and they remove it faster Than dood

and that's pretty fast.
In October of 2006, we were part of a group of over 50 who purchased pool tables from a seller with 99% or better. Only negatives were problems with delivery time.
This outfit set up the perfect con. Get established, deliver product, get great feed back and then collect full payments on merchandise to be delivered within four to six weeks. They kept buyers pacified with e-mail updates as to the status of their delivery. The products never shipped. E-Bay only stated that too much time had passed. They would remove any negative post on the vendor "Campran" which allowed their scam to continue even further.
I flew out to Las Vegas and made a little investigation on my own armed with information about the company and officers. Long story short, the Nevada Attorney General persued the cases and got some results. Lucky for me, I used a Discover Card and they credited me back the same day I reported the problem. They later recovered at least some of their funds from the company. Some purchasers who paid with debit cards were stuck.
This shows how much creditability all the buyer protection claims are worth on their site.
