I must say that is just beautiful. Still would like to see it with the ninja turtle tour pack. But, that looks great. I must say, Good Job!

UJ, I can't take any credit as it's not my bike. It belongs to a fellow in upstate SC that owns several convenience stores. These pictures were taken in Spring 2007 in Daytona.

I have to be honest and say that, It doesn't do anything for me. I prefer the leather over that!  Plus the leather gives the SEUC it's signature.

Didn't like the leather tour pack when I first bought the bike & almost unloaded it  for a new painted one to match the bike. Glad I didn't. The leather pack has grown on me & I myself wouldn't waste the money anymore. I put the $1500.00 into motor work instead.THE MUFFMAN

I have to agree with Mark.  The leather tour pak is what makes the SEUC recognizeable in a crowd of baggers.  Although I do like the painted tour paks, when you put one on the SEUC, all you have now is a tricked out Ultra Classic with a different paint job.  The leather tour pak, says CVO Ultra.  IMO.

That's what makes it "special" one of a Kind in a 4000 manufacture year :) special just the same.

The real funny part is looking back to the posts about how ugly the leather was when it first came out. Everybody was screaming for a king and the MoCo gave us one. Now we would rather have the leather.  ;D

I'm sure the "we" is a lot of people, but that "we" doesn't include "me".

I guess the leather does help to identify the bike as a CVO. But, I didn't like the way it wrinkled up like an old lady when it sat in the rain overnight. I had enough protection on it, I thought, that would protect it sitting out there all night. . . nadda!   It did tighten up once it got dry. The leather isn't a big issue, since like I mentioned, I've got a black Bushtec that holds just about everything a guy could want. But, was just a thought to see a ninja tour pack painted.

The other reason was if I had a hard shell instead of the leather, might be easier to mount some tail lights so that I can be seen at night. I like to be seen and the one tail light seems to be a bit insufficient. I did change it out for a LED tail light which seemed to have helped in the "being seen" category.
