Just got the Corbin today and installed it.
Looks great feels great.
I also ordered the standard oval drivers backrest, and found it too large. The 08 seat is narrower than past Dual Tour Corbins, and this backrest looks too big.
Also, the Wife is uncomfortable behind it.
I am sending that back and getting the Gunfighter instead. Should work great.
As for fit and finish, I would say it is near excellent.
Being anal, the right side tank fitment is not quite as tight as the left. But I don't think anyone would notice unless I pointed it out.
Now to put some miles on er!

PS I order thru Jenny, and she has been TERRIFIC!

Dave, that is good news plus that was fairly quick, maybe 3 - 4 weeks?  Did they give a CVO discount to you?  Hopefully, you will get some pictures of the seat mounted on the bike.  My last two seats were with the small rider's backrest(now called gunfighter).  I called to make an order and the lady was talking with some one in the shop while I was trying to give her information as to what I wanted, I just told her that I would call back later.  I don't recall her name but it was not Jenny, I will ask for her next time. Down load those pictures soon!!!!!

Thanks for posting the pics.  Did you get the heated version?

The seat looks great.  I'm not so sure about the tour-pak back rest :-\  Not sure about the extended armrest?

Very nice Dave, my wife also agree that the Corbin's passenger back rest for the tour Pak is much more confortable, especially on long trips, than stock.  I still have not ordered, still debating on the seat color and it looks like accent gray  and black leather with Orange welt.  Of course, with chrome stubs.

Dave,

If you don't mind me asking, what was your total cost for the seat, pasanger and riders backrest? Does the seat have the famous Corbin keyed lock? and do they match to your bike key?

From the picture I can't tell if the lower portion of the back rest was replaced or not. Does the back rest consist of top and bottom or just top. :nixweiss:

If you are talking about the pad, it does come with one. But its a stick on piece of leather, and I think the stock one looks better and fills in that open area better.

...
Jamey got his Corbin Dual Tour from Jenny and everything came as expected, ordered and other than not getting a cover for the lower part of the tour pak, it looks fantastic.  The cover ----- our fault for not knowing it was needed.
