I bought a new 2008 tour pak on ebay.  Sent it out, through the dealer, to a painter and had it painted to match the bike.  It doesn't match.  Again, can anybody recommend a painter, and/or know the correct paint to use to match a 2007 light candy cherry/ black ice FLHTCUSE2?  This, quite honestly is getting rather frustrating.  Also to those of you who have gotten one painted to match, does it?

As I stated many times before, try Gene. He matched my SERK with hard saddlebags and KTP, and many others too. Very happy with his work and prices. He says he can match any CVO paint job. And I've not heard of ANYONE being unhappy with his work. Give him a call. Tell him Howie from NYC sent ya!

Does anyone know if I can add painted (KTP) to MY 2006? is the wiring Harness already there (I would want the KTP to have all the lights) I also would have to buy a new backrest, does the KTP come with the speaker boxes? or can I reuse the ones I have?

Wayne, you'd be looking for an Ultra KTP to get you the lighting and speaker pods you need. It comes with no harness, so you'd have to transfer from your leather TP for that stuff. The lighting will have leads from them. There will be no speakers (or pods if that's the way you order it) or interior light. Call Jenni to discuss all the details.

Not sure on that one Neal. I was told I needed the Ultra TP to add the pods. That's not true. But you have to make your own holes for it if you're not using the Ultra KTP. I used a regular KTP with Dragonfly 6.5" pods. Gene did all the work on preparing and mounting everything. But if you get an Ultra KTP, you'll already have holes drilled in it for HD pods.

I went Online (HD) and they list a color matched KTP for $729- When I call jenni would that be the item I would be dissussing or is there a non-painted version? I would order Black just because there black,red and silver already in my paint, I would then have to ship it to gene for a match. I assume I would be able to transfer , my whips, the one showed on the website comes with a backrest so I was wondering if the lid will makeup with my boxes already--if someonelse has done this I would like to take more direction from them, Because I want all the stuff side marker lights and rear lights and Rack with lighted wing- trying to really F itup ,, You know

You need to coordinate with her exactly what the basic one comes with, what you want it to have, and what you don't. Go over every aspect of it. It can get very confusing making sure you have everything you need, and nothing you don't.

HeHe!!! Now you're getting the hang of it. It took her a second time to get mine right. Too confusing to figure out on your own. But if someone has a regular FLHTCU Parts book you can get every P/N you want from it.
