you will need a new backrest to match the seat, all of the wiring is physically inside your leather tour pak to light the tour pak lights, you will need new speaker pods to fit the plastic tour pak, but the speakers and wiring from the old pods will fit into the new ones, but the passenger headset jack that is located in the side of the pods on the leather tour pak will have to be adapted to fit the new pods for the plastic tour pak.  You should be able to relocate the tour pak interior light to the new plastic tour pak.

Thank You, I assumed all that the total job with discount and paint should only set me back $3K - That's why I was looking into a new CVO -08 (local on the floor) That's additional $ Down & trade if I don't sell it. :-\

vazhog...yeah I am well under 3K, but with probably having to pay to have it painted again out of my own pocket it may get there.

The red is a vibrance color (at ppg store match color cards)with firegold something base and the base is also what overspray color is.My painter had to work on the red to get the flop right.The black we used was vivid black with some a touch metalic in it. If you fell like making new holes you can use leather speaker pods ,only one person has noticed they weren't for painted tour pak. godd luck jdo
