I honestly can't take credit for the purchase of these hinges. We all know my mechanical skills are limited so much so that if any thing can be screwed up then I can do it. :nervous: The major factor deterring me from getting these hinges was they are not a "bolt off/on" replacement. Due to the fact that a power tool (grinder/dremel) had to be used to remove the old hinges just skeered the "B-g-sus" out of me, and I definitely didn't want to take something like this to the shop and have a tech learn how to remove/install these hinges on my Tourpak. So now I'm faced w/the dilemma of having to wait until I'm around somebody I feel confident in installing these or really step out of my comfort zone and do them myself. :nixweiss:

Also i drilled my old out much better then grinding faster to drill out from inside.

My experience was also that drilling out the old rivets from inside the Tour-Pak is easier method. Just remember to save the little plates and Lok-Tite the screws on the new ones.
